I’m Coach Veronica, a personal trainer serving Murrieta, Temecula, and surrounding areas.
For two decades, I wanted to see something different when I looked in the mirror.
I wore baggy clothes to cover the extra 60lbs I carried.
I tried EVERYTHING to make a change.
CrossFit, bootcamps, classes, mind-numbing cardio sessions, counting points, Paleo, keto, you name it.
And most of these strategies worked…
… for a month or two.
But, being a busy mom with the appetite of an NFL lineman (at least when I’m emotional)…
…just about everything I tried was TOO HARD to stick with.
The fitness programs took too much time, and meal plans made super hungry (and cranky).
So up and down and up and down my weight went.
Until finally, I found a coach unlike any I’d ever met.
She not only showed me the best workout and nutrition strategies for my body and busy mom lifestyle…
…she held me ACCOUNTABLE.
With her help I lost all the weight WITHOUT depriving myself or exercising every day.
In fact, I made my transformation enjoying the foods of love and working out only 3 days a week for 30 minutes at a time.

And because of how easy it is to stick with, I’ve been able to keep the weight off for a long time now.

Coupled with my purpose as a wife and mother, seeing a woman make this sort of transformation is what I live for.
And I’m damn good at it.
