Q: Is this a bootcamp or fitness class?
A: Absolutely not. This isn’t some class or
This is highly-focused, semi-private personal training. HUGE difference and far safer and more effective.
I keep my workouts to no more than 6 women at a time.
This way, I can give you all the instruction, guidance and motivation you need to safely get the most
It’s personal training at a fraction of the cost of what I charge for one-on-one sessions and it’s actually more effective than one-on-one training.
The women in the group energize each other, lift each other up, and push each other to bring to do their best.
And, let’s face it, it’s hard to slack off when the other women you’re with are giving it their all.
The “classes” you’ve seen at gyms are VERY different from what I do.
And I don’t run bootcamps (other than for charity purposes).
Most bootcamps aren’t safe or effective.
You see, in large group workouts, like bootcamps, it’s nearly impossible for the trainer keep everyone’s exercise form in check.
So what happens in bootcamps is, form slips, and people get injured and waste a lot time doing the exercises incorrectly.
Proper form is critical to getting results and doing so without injury.
I’ll keep your form flawless so you’ll get the most out of each workout without hurting yourself.
Q: Will you train anyone?
A: First off, my programs are for women only.
Women have different needs and goals than most men, and it’s far more effective for me to focus on just women than it is women and men at the same time.
Also, I don’t work with complainers or negative women who make excuses and blame everyone else for their situation in life.
Women like that are beyond my help would bring the energy of my groups down.
I ONLY work with women who take responsibility for themselves, will follow my program and stick with it, and are 100% committed to getting results.
Because results are what I specialize in—but only for women who are as committed to their transformation as I am.
I’ll give you my all, keep you accountable, and bring out the best in you, but you have to hold up your part of bargain.
However, I make it really simple for you.
If you just follow my lead, you’ll be blown away by the results.
Q: If I’m new to exercise, and suffer from aches and pains, should I still do this?
A: I have clients from ages 15 to 67 in one session, as well as women with knee, shoulder, and spinal problems, who all get fantastic results with no issues whatsoever.
Lots of my clients are new to exercise and start out with all sorts of aches and pains.
For many of them, this is a REASON to start, not an excuse to avoid it.
I custom-tailor your workouts and exercises around your injuries and current fitness levels so you can get results without hurting yourself.
But remember, before starting ANY exercise program, it’s important to be medically cleared by your physician.
Q: How soon can I expect results?
Follow one of my programs and you’ll start seeing results right away.
As far as reaching your goals, that depends where you’re currently at in relation to those goals.
Some women start with only a few extra pounds to lose and some start with A LOT to lose.
A woman with only five pounds to drop can obviously reach her goals faster than one with ten times that much to lose.
My programs are about getting results as safely and quickly as *reasonably* possible.
It’s common for women to lose two pounds of fat per week without jeopardizing their health or suffering from some insanely strict diet that’s impossible stick with and makes them miserable.
If a woman has a lot of excess fat she wants to get rid of, she can lose over twice that much for the first 4-8 weeks.
And, as she gets down to the last few pounds, it may slow to as little a pound a week.
But, overall, for most women, two pounds per week is attainable.
Losing faster than that after the first month or two can be unhealthy and increase the likelihood of a rebound.
And what good is losing the weight if your going to gain it all back right away?
You want to keep the weight off, don’t you?
Which is why I help you make lasting changes.
If you’d like to talk about your goals and how long it will take to reach them, call me at 951-317-2907.
Q: Where do we workout?
We train at…
Rancho Bella Vista 2 Community Center and Park
31215 Wild Meadow Dr Murrieta, CA 92563.
It’s a beautiful Murrieta park with lots of fresh air. And there’s nothing better for an overall sense of well-being than exercising outdoors.
We also have a space to train inside the community center when needed.
Q: When are The Sessions?
We’re open 6am – 8pm 7 days a week.
Monday: 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm
Wednesday: 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm
Thursday: 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm
Friday: 6am, 7am, 8am, and 9am
Saturday: 8am, 9am, 10am
Q: Do you help me with food? I don’t want to follow a diet
A: Absolutely. Without nutrition coaching there is little hope for success.
I give you all the tools you need to make easy, sensible and effective
You will NOT have to count calories, starve yourself, or weigh food portions to the gram.
I’ll show you simply the best foods to eat, which ones to avoid, and how
to make the process simple, painless and enjoyable.
And I’ll keep you accountable to ensure you stay on track.
Q: What happens if I’m not happy with the results?
A: If you follow one of my program and aren’t 100% thrilled with the results, I’ll happily refund your money, no hassles, no worries, and no hard feelings.
But you do have to follow the program.
Q: How much is the investment?
For most women it’s only $29-$67 per week.
And while my prices are a fraction of what one-on-one personal training costs, there ARE cheaper programs in town.
And for some people, those programs may be a more suitable option.
Being the cheapest in Murrieta is not what I specialize in.
My programs are for women serious about getting results as safely and quickly as *reasonably* possible.
Helping you make a FAST, safe, complete transformation is what I specialize in.
Helping you get lean and fit, while at the same time making your body more resilient to injury.
Helping you look and feel great and transforming you into the rock star version of yourself you’ve always wanted to be—the version that you DESERVE to be.
THAT’s what I do.
Q: How do I get started?
The first step is for us to hop on a short “get to know each other” call so we can see if a) you’re a good fit for the program, and b) it’s a good fit for YOU.
On our call, I promise not to try to sell you anything—that’s not my style. In fact, I think you’ll find I’m quite the opposite.
I won’t even tell you that you need to get into shape. Only YOU can decide that.
But if you’re ready and willing to make a change, I will tell you exactly how I can help you.
And if I feel you’d be a good fit for one of my programs, and you feel the program is the best solution for you, we’ll schedule an appointment for you to come in for a free “zero pressure” workout.
If I don’t feel you’re a good fit, or you don’t think my program
I’ll even do my best to steer you in the right direction if I think some other type of solution might be more up your alley.
What’s important to me is that you find a solution, whether that involves one of my program or not.
