What can you do today to move toward your health and fitness goals? It only takes a 1% improvement each day. And anyone can improve by 1% today.
If you already exercise, step up the intensity a little.
If you’re already eating healthy, eat 1% better. Then eat another 1% healthier tomorrow, and another 1% healthier the day after that.
If you don’t exercise, start. Could be walking, dancing for a few minutes to some of your favorite energizing songs, or maybe bust out a few sets of bodyweight squats at home.
Anything is better than nothing.
And if you’re reading this at night, how about going to bed 10 minutes earlier so you can get a better night’s sleep?
And if you don’t have health and fitness goals, maybe today is when you create some and a plan to start moving toward them.
Sure, your plan will evolve as you go along, but you know what they say…
